Welcome back for another practice episode, where I share a monthly mini somatic practice meant to offer support and expand your somatic skillset.

This practice explores the qualities of natural elements (water, earth, air, fire) to support the nervous system.

This is a bit longer than our traditional practices, so for accessibility & ease of listening, here are the time stamps for each of the 4 elements:
