This practice explores the qualities of natural elements (water, earth, air, fire) to support the nervous system.
This is a bit longer than our traditional practices, so for accessibility & ease of listening, here are the time stamps for each of the 4 elements:
Orientation: 6m

**I highly encourage you to begin with the orientation practice, and then feel free to skip ahead to any particular element that you feel most intuitively drawn to.
