I’m Holly Lowery-Davis
I’m a somatic practitioner, coach, and educator for folks who are working to build a stable, safe home inside themselves.
I support big-feeling humans in learning to *sustainably and gently* meet their emotions, trauma and needs with care, to transform feelings of disconnection and inner conflict into presence & aliveness, and to navigate life’s hard moments with more ease & less spiraling.
In my 1:1 practice, I combine methods that draw from: Inner Relationship Focusing, Hakomi, Polyvagal theory, Somatic IFS, Jungian theory, Organic Intelligence, Emergent Strategy, Harm Reduction, and the ancient wisdom traditions of Celtic folklore, Buddhism & Taoism.
We use these body-oriented frameworks to build nervous system resiliency, steadily grow self-trust, expand capacity to be feel (the sweet stuff and the hard stuff), and promote growth & change that is both led by and anchored in your body.
